Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 19, 2005 for ÍSalud! - A Toast to Learning, a gala fundraising evening benefiting the Napa Valley Language Academy, a public charter dual language immersion school in Napa. Held at the Lincoln Theater in Yountville, CA, the event will feature food and wine from many local businesses including Celadon, Cole's Chop House, Pearl, Anette's Chocolates, Raymond Winery and ZD Wines. Chef Greg Cole will head up the culinary team for the evening. The event will feature a live and silent auction, raffle, and instant wine cellar.
